“Storage for home stuff”

“Storage for home stuff” —  a service of storing personal stuff that is not used, rarely used or takes up an excessively big  quantity of room in your living space. Our tenants use the service to store furniture, equipment and clothes, utensils, books and sports equipment (like bicycles, snowboards, skis, sledges, exercise equipment), literally, for all that is needed.

For this purpose the “boxes” at the territory of a big storage area are provided for rent. The area of   the boxes varies from 1 to 150m² and is determined together with a tenant after discussing all the details such as number and volume of stuff.

Temporary and permanent solution

There are lots of reasons to use the “Storage for home stuff” service: moving to another place, renovation, general cleaning or just a wish to free up room in your living space. Each of them implies a different lease duration.

The main advantage of a service provided is that the tenant / customer personally determines the lease term and extends or shortens it if necessary.

Safety and security

We guarantee the complete safety of stuff stored in boxes:

• round-the-clock monitoring of the storage territory. An access to the territory  available for tenants only, to the box directly – only for you;
• all actions at the territory of the storage is recorded by video surveillance system , if necessary the record will be provided;
• the storage works around-the- clock: bring and pick up things from the boxes whenever you want;
• heating and air conditioning systems protect the warehouse from dryness and dampness, things remain intact and safe.
